The DRP relationship between an insurance company and Prestige Too Collision Center is a benefit to all parties involved, but first and foremost, the goal is to ensure a positive repair experience for the customer.
In addition to having met a complete set of custom equipment, facility, and individual work experience requirements set forth by an insurance company, prior to becoming an approved Direct Repair Facility, we regularly invest in equipment and training in order to maximize efficiencies in the repair process and consistently produce high-quality repairs.
Our experience with insurance companies allows us to better serve our customer since we are familiar with the process required by insurance company appraisers so supplemental repair requests and inspections do not result in unnecessary delays or repeated trips to the repair center.
